Overall meeting Agendas:
Naming - colour scheme/ overall design scheme? - discuss
whos' in charge - groups /teams/team leaders
designs - vector sets, paint schemes..etc
cost - where to get things, what things we can use?
small steps - break it up , work load, timeline, major projects, small projects. not too demanding
UV- lights, reactive things? where to get? colours?
Touchscreens - parts, contruction, testing
sculptures? - possible
booking rooms for working on exhibition

Brainstorm ideas for the exhibition( things you like to do)
Music? - Need DJ? or playlist of compiled songs (we can use existing music)
Team list - think of area you wish to work in
week1 semester 2 will confirm teams/what the teams are.

package to attract sponsors -may need DVD(showreel) - Need volunteer! , there are also key sponsors eg. VISY - for cardboard

no cakes or c0okies - potential food poisoning problem
no movie screenings - crackdown, not for private viewing

CAN DOs -
Gaming tornament - game competition - pay to enter. set up in lecture theatre - juls says she has xbox, ps3 (soul calibur 4). we also could have handhelds as in people bring in their own psp/nds. -Prize for the competition
Sell fundraising chocolates
Garage sale - pull together your old things that you want to sell, set up on union lawn. Stuff like: prints, old books, old games, handmade jewellery...etc
Selling self designed t-shirts ( haha starting Helen.C 's business early)
guess how many lollies in the lolly jar - pay per guess
carnival type games - ring toss..etc

Note for Remi & Roger: the meeting with the "higher ups", tell them about dimensions, or like what we might have, we can have people build the boxes to contain the touchscreen.
